MAP Policy

Maple Valley Supply honors the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy of every brand we carry.

• We never advertise a brand’s product below its published MAP on any channel.
• When a brand updates its MAP, we update our listings promptly after receiving notice.
• If an automated pricing tool or marketplace promotion causes a listing to drop below MAP, we correct it as soon as we find it or are notified.

Brands can report a MAP concern to contact@maplevalleysupply.com and we will respond and correct it.

Authenticity & Sourcing

We sell only genuine, new products.

• All inventory is purchased directly from the brand or from distributors the brand has authorized.
• We do not buy from liquidation lots, unverified third parties, or retail arbitrage for brand partner products.
• We keep purchase invoices on file and can provide documentation of sourcing on request.

Brand & Listing Standards

We present every brand the way the brand intends.

• We use brand-approved images, names, and product information.
• We do not alter packaging, bundle products in ways a brand has not approved, or make claims about a product that the brand does not make.
• We fix listing errors we find and flag listing issues we cannot fix ourselves.

Unauthorized Seller Reporting

As part of our partnership, we monitor the listings where we sell a brand’s products. When we find a seller who appears to be violating MAP, offering products in poor condition, or selling from unclear sources, we share what we found with the brand. Enforcement decisions remain with the brand.

Payment Terms

We pay suppliers on the terms agreed in writing for each account, whether that is prepayment, credit card, or net terms. If an issue ever affects a payment, we tell you before the due date, not after.

Privacy Policy

This website does not use advertising trackers and does not sell personal information.

• If you contact us by email, we use the information you send only to respond to you and to manage our business relationship.
• We do not share your information with third parties except where needed to operate our business (for example, our email provider) or where required by law.
• To ask us to delete information you have sent us, email contact@maplevalleysupply.com.

Our site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may collect basic technical data such as IP addresses for security and operation. See GitHub’s privacy statement for details.
